Sponsorship Tiers:

Bronze: $150

Logo placement on the registration website, the conference website, and the conference app

Silver: $500

A virtual exhibitor booth, which allows you to put up photos or branding material, and have a live chat with attendees who “enter” your booth. The virtual exhibition hall will still be gasified for hotelier and Board Member participation. You’ll also have an exhibitor page, which can host livestream or product videos, link promo codes or coupons, and more. (Plus Bronze benefits)

Gold*: $1,000

One Minute of speaking time during a content session, which may be live or recorded. (Plus the Bronze and Silver benefits) Subject to the availability and timeline of the conference, and HLTA discretion. *HLTA reserves the right to assign your content session.

Please note: all sponsors are required to be HLTA Members, currently in Good Standing, and have at least one attendee for the full virtual conference.

This year, we're using Whova, a virtual conference platform, to bring you as engaging and experiential a General Membership Meeting as possible. After you register here, we'll send you login credentials for Whova which can be utilized via your computer or your phone!
